I booked a commercial with an alcohol company and the models I got to work with were cool as hell. We had genuine conversation and I could tell these were some authentic and interesting people. Aklesso even gave me a ride home and back to the studio the next day! (I can't believe I didn't say anything about it on the pod!).
Kamla and Manisha have been killing it in the modeling game so they share some tips with us. The whole conversation was very dynamic. For example we would go from talking about the modeling industry, to the importance of creatives giving back, to "there's a such thing as bad charity" to a specific examples Aklesso shared about Haiti, to schooling and raising children!
I hope to have all three of them on the show again and I appreciated all the stories and perspectives that were shared. Much love.
