So much of who are is determined in the In the first 7 years of our lives when the brain is developing the most.
For this reason, the way your parents and family raised you has an immense impact on who you become as a person.
I’m grateful to have had a loving family. The love and support I received made me want to share that love with others. Especially those who may not have experienced it from their own family.
In this episode I had my mom, stepdad, and youngest sister Kendall on to discuss our family life together.
Kendall and I are both out of the house (she goes to boarding school). So it’s interesting to sit back and reflect and ask the parents I lived with some questions I’ve always had.
