Real chill vibes, we talked about self-awareness and the importance of mindfulness. Most of our behavior (90%) is automatic so we can often get into patterns of behavior that are not beneficial to us.

That's why I think the book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" by Dr. Joe Dispenza is legendary. Change is hard but we have to love ourselves enough to push through the uncomfortable feeling of breaking bad habits. Your body can become addicted to experiencing certain emotions. 

Atomic Habits is another book that I'm reading that helps with breaking bad habits and building new ones. 

One of the best things to consider when making decisions is "What am I basing my decision off of?" When we touched on the idea of working vs resting, consider what's making you feel like you need to keep working? Is it because I'm insecure about not getting enough work done? or Do I have some intense inspiration that I need to capture. 

We talked about going vegan, fasting, and even people who can heal themselves with just the power of their mind I.e. Joe Dispenza. 

Around the 1 hour mark we got into some relationship questions and then ended it.
